Stags quintet in Midlands semi at One Call
Nottinghamshire FA U18 representative team, including five players on the books of Mansfield Town FC, have reached the prestigious Midlands Championship semi-finals.
So they will feel at home when they take on Worcestershire in their semi-final this Sunday, at the One Call Stadium.
The game starts at 2pm and entry is free.
To qualify, the Midland County FA’s representative teams played each other once in two groups of five and the top two from each group, including Notts, progressed.
The Stags youngsters were Charlie Brownlee, Chris Spencer, Ross Lamb, Kevin Hemagou and Danny Fletcher. Also in the squad were Harry Joule and Tom Gascoyne from Sherwood Colliery FC.
