QPR defender Jamie Sendles-White keen to extend Mansfield Town loan deal
The QPR centre-back has played a key role in a mean Mansfield defence, which has conceded just once in their last three matches.

“Keeping clean sheets is important as a defender and gives us confidence,” said Sendles-White.
“League Two is a physical league where you need to battle. It is about winning your individual battles.

Hide Ad“I feel my game has come on well during my time here. I am growing in confidence and really enjoying the battle.
“Playing in this league has helped me learn how to play against many different types of players and has been a great experience.
“There is good banter and I am enjoying it here. It was great training with the players at QPR, but my chances there were limited and I just want to play football and get games under my belt.

Hide Ad“I want to be able to play football week in week out. I have not spoken to the boss, but would love to extend my loan if the chance arises.”
Despite their solid defence, Mansfield have not won in five games and have just scored once.
But the commanding centre-back believes Mansfield Town will not be far off where they need to be if they can turn draws into wins.
