Mansfield Town's week-long training camp in Portugal has been hailed a fantastic success.

The club spent the week doing gruelling fitness sessions before enjoying a high intensity friendly with Portuguese side Vitoria De Setubal on Saturday, which they lost 1-0.

“It’s been really beneficial - it’s been a fantastic week,” smiled Stags assistant manager Ben Futcher.

“It’s been an opportunity to get everyone together 24/7.
