Mansfield Town midfielder Chris Clements is among the January nominations for the Sky Bet League Two Player of the Month Award nominations for January.
A technical ball player with a fine range of passing from deep, the 25-year-old added goals to his playmaking skills in January.
His three goals included beautifully flighted unstoppable free-kicks against Accrington Stanley and Stevenage.
He is up against winger Ricky Holmes (Northampton Town), whose recent return from injury has been a welcome boost at Sixfields.
Skilful, quick and always prepared to run at defenders, he provided two assists in the month as well as two goals, including a stunning volleyed winner at Dagenham & Redbridge.
Also nominated is striker Shaun Miller (Morecambe) - the mobile forward scored in four of his five games in January, including a clever finish for the winner against Yeovil Town and a long-range effort against Newport County.
His hold-up play and willingness to drag defenders out wide also impressed.
Completing the quartet of candidates is central defender Jake Wright (Oxford United) who has been outstanding as Oxford kept pace at the top of Sky Bet League Two.
Allied his captaincy role to an ability to read the game and bring the ball out of defence, he played a vital part in the 1-0 win at promotion rivals Portsmouth.
