It hasn’t been the best of seasons for Mansfield Town and they have had a very unsettled side throughout with many injuries and a series of loan players brought in.

But there have been success stories from the rock steady reliability of Ritchie Sutton and Jamie McGuire to the goals of Vadaine Oliver and sparkling midfield displays of Jack Thomas, when he has started, and Chris Clements.

Callum Elder and Reggie Lambe have also impressed since bursting onto the scene in the second half of the campaign.

Providing Stags are safe from relegation, the trophy will be presented to the winner before the final home game with Portsmouth a week on Saturday.

Last year’s winner was big striker Matt Rhead.
