The highly talented defender, now 32, is still playing his trade at Championship level at QPR after spells at clubs like Blackpoll, Bolton, Blackburn and Preston. Has played seven times for them this season so far.

Former Welsh U21 centre half Day, 36, returned to Stags for a second spell. Sadly knee problems that kept him out for 16 months saw him retire prematurely at the age of 29 in 2012.
