BIG Ben Futcher returned to the heart of the Mansfield Town defence for today’s home FA Cup fourth qualifying round clash with big-spending Fleetwood Town.
But left back Joe Kendrick missed out with injury, Luke O’Neill moving across to cover, and Ritchie Sutton switching to right back.
Stags opted to change to a 4-3-3 against the Cod Army, Anthony Howell making his first appearance after suspension alongside Adam Murray and Paul Bolland in midfield.
That meant Andy Todd, last weekend’s matchwinner, dropped to the bench.
Striker Louis Moult, returning for a second spell on loan from Stoke City yesterday, was on the bench as was youth team striker Adam Somes to make up the seven.
