Stags know how hard it will be against the League One outfit tonight, but Clucas, who scored four times to win the national Player of Round One award and also grabbed the equaliser at Oldham, said: “It’s a big game and we have a great incentive to get through and beat Oldham. Everyone is buzzing and we can’t wait to get out there.

“If we can get through it would be great for the club and great for the supporters .

“To score tomorrow would be the greatest moment of my career and something I would never forget. I hope I can get another goal, but the most important thing is that the team wins.

“I have never played against a Premier League team before so it would be a dream come true. If we win tomorrow it will take some sinking in.

“Some of the lads here support Liverpool. Manchester United away would have been my dream tie. It’s been great on Sundays watching the draws come out.

“The fans are massive to us. They give us great support every home game so hopefully tonight will be the same and maybe we’ll see a few more come along.”
