Ex-Stag Lee Beevers join Matt Rhead in signing for Lincoln City
Lee Beevers, released by Mansfield Town last week, has rejoined his former club Lincoln City, who also today gave Stag striker Matt Rhead a two-year contract.
Beevers made 175 appearances for the Imps in all competitions between 2005 and 2009.
The former Welsh U21 international initially joined the Imps loan from Boston United in February 2005 before the move was made permanent with the former Ipswich Town youngster joining for an undisclosed fee.

Hide AdA successful 2006/07 campaign saw Beevers named as the supporters’ Player of the Season, and he spent a further two years with the Imps before joining Colchester United.
Injuries restricted his playing time there and he subsequently joined Mansfield after a year with Walsall before helping Stags win the Conference and re-establish themselves back in the Football League.
