Andrew in Stags’ line-up at York, but team bus and fans delayed

Calvin Andrew was handed the vacant Mansfield Town striker’s jersey as Matt Rhead served a one-game ban at York City this afternoon.

But it wasn’t the best start to the day with York failing to notify the Stags about a major city cycling event today and supporters struggling to get there while the team bus didn’t even arrive until 2.20pm.

The game was a revenge mission for Mansfield after their Conference play-off semi-final heartbreak there two years ago.
