Stags launched their limited-edition charity shirt last July as a thank you to NHS staff for their continuing hard work and dedication during the COVID-19 pandemic.

The amber jersey features a rainbow-coloured stripe down its centre.

Mansfield Town’s stadium director Paul Broughton said: “It’s encouraging to see that we’re reaching a turning point in this country following the roll-out of the vaccine.

“As the Town’s professional football club, we’re greatly looking forward to welcoming back our magnificent supporters into One Call Stadium when permissible.

“Our supporters responded to the announcement of the limited-edition charity shirt with characteristic generosity and they should be heartened to know that they have contributed towards the purchase of such an important piece of apparatus at our local hospital.

“The club’s thanks is extended to our supporters and the NHS.”Get your latest Mansfield Town news here
