Goals from man-of-the-match Tom Cooke, Chris Timmons and a Kieran Watson double helped Shirebrook to a 4-1 win against Brigg Town in Division One of the Northern Counties East League.
Shirebrook started well with lots of possession and took the lead in the seventh minute.
Cooke picked the ball up on the right and fired into the top corner from 30 yards.
Seven minutes later a cross from the right found Kieran Watson and, after his first shot was saved, he scored at the second attempt to put Shirebrook in control .
The visitors pushed forward looking to get back into the game, but any shots were off target.
Just before half-time Shirebrook made it 3-0.
Kieran Watson was played in one-on-one with the keeper and made no mistake.
Shirebrook dominated the second half and Robinson, Brewin, Williams, Simpson and Herbert all had chances to extend the lead before a fourth goal came in the 75th minute.
A corner from the left led to a scramble in the area and Timmons got the last touch to score his first goal of the season.
Brigg pulled one through Christopher Rodgers.
Shirebrook are back in action on Saturday when Armthorpe Welfare visit Langwith Road (3pm).
