The 23-year-old signed a one-year deal with the Bulls, commencing his second spell at the Forest Town Arena.

"I'd like to think we've got a good chance of being bang up there," he said, "I wouldn't have come if I honestly didn't believe that.

"With the lads at the club already and a couple of names who I've heard we’re looking at, there's no reason why we can't be up there.

"I'm very happy to be back, to me it's always best to get a deal organised early so I can start planning and look forward to getting going.

"The manager seems to have a clear picture of where we want to get to, so it all fell perfectly into place for me."

With a century of appearances, 24 goals and a promotion to his name in his first two-and-a-half-year spell with the club, the attacker is no stranger to Forest Town, nor to the NCEL for that matter.

"I thoroughly enjoyed my time here last time, I know a lot of the boys and obviously the Chairman too.

"The manager seems to have a clear picture of where we want to get to, so it all fell perfectly into place for me to come back.

“I just can’t wait to get going as soon as we can, I’m very excited for the season to get underway.”

Bulls manager Matt Chatfield too was extremely pleased to get the deal over the line: "I'm absolutely delighted to have Lynton on board, he's someone we have been wanting for a while.

"I can't wait to start working with him once again.”
