Here is our best guess at the side Clough will pick for the game, which is being televised live on Sky TV (12.30). Do you agree with this XI?
9. JAMIE MURPHY
Clearly enjoying his football now and looking a menace every time he takes possession, Murphy bagged his first Stags goal at the weekend and, as another tried and trusted experienced head for Clough, will likely face Salford on Monday. Photo: Chris Holloway
10. GEORGE MARIS
Back in the side at last and back in form, Maris will be hard to move now from the Stags midfield. Photo: Tony Marshall
11. RHYS OATES
If Oates' thigh injury is holding up he will start. He is still Stags' best player and best chance of a goal or making something happen out of nothing. Maybe his greatest moment of the season still lies ahead as he bids for a second promotion in as many years. Photo: Chris Holloway BIGGER PICTURE
12. LUCAS AKINS
An old fashioned type of centre forward, Akins has had to work hard to win over some of the Stags fans. But they now seem to appreciate his hard work more with every passing game and his first goal for the club last weekend will have lifted some of the burden off his shoulders. Rival Jordan Bowery will be disappointed to lose his place, having done little wrong, and will hope for another chance before the season ends. Photo: Chris Holloway
