With Curzon unbeaten in three, the Reds unbeaten in six, and just one place separating them in the Vanarama National League North table, an entertaining fixture is in the making.

Four wins and two draws from their last six games has seen Nicky Law’s men rise up to ninth in the table.

In their last outing, they twice came from behind to draw 2-2 at home to Nuneaton Town at the Impact Arena on Saturday.

Curzon Ashton comfortably swept Hednesford Town aside, as they ran out 3-0 winners against the Worcestershire side.

A win would see Nicky Law’s men close the gap to eighth to just a single point, whereas a win for the home side could see them rise to seventh place, to Tamworth’s expense.

Reds boss Nicky Law has no injury or suspension worries ahead of the fixture at the Tameside Stadium as Alfreton look to extend their unbeaten run to nine games in all competitions.
