Former Manchester United goalkeeper Roy Carroll signs one year deal with Notts County
Carroll has been issued the number one jersey and is set to make his competitive debut for the Magpies in the Sky Bet League 1 2014/15 season opener against Preston North End at Deepdale on Saturday.
The 36-year-old, who has been capped 35 times for Northern Ireland, brings a wealth of experience to the squad having made more than 400 professional appearances throughout his career, which has also included stints with Hull City, Wigan Athletic, Derby County, Rangers and West Ham.
