Ex-Stag Marsden back with Matlock
Former Mansfield Town full back Liam Marsden, 21, has returned to the club where he started out as a youngster after signing for NPL Premier Division Matlock Town.
Marsden began his youth career with the Gladiators before making the move to the Stags where he progressed through their youth ranks to the first team.
But opportunities were limited for him and, after loan spells at Guiseley AFC, Brackley Town and Mickleover Sports, Marsden was released in the summer.
