BREAKING: Bradley Wood leaves Alfreton Town for Lincoln City
Wood, who had expressed his desire not to want to play at Vanarama National League North level to the Reds following the club’s relegation from the Vanarama Conference last season, has signed a two-year deal with the Imps after two seasons at the Impact Arena.
He joined Alfreton in the summer of 2013 after surprisingly being released by Grimsby Town where he had spent four years.

Hide AdWood was the Alfreton Town Supporters’ Player of the Season for the 2013/14 campaign where he was supremely consistent and only missed one game out of 50 for the club, that being down to illness.
In the 2014-15 relegation season, Wood scored six out of six times from the penalty spot in a total of nine goals in all competitions for the Reds.
