Alfreton are next in action on Boxing Day when they travel to take on Lincoln City on their own patch for the third time this season.

Two days later relegation rivals Dartford visit the Impact Arena for a huge game and then on New Year’s Day, Lincoln City travel to Derbyshire for the return league fixture and a fifth game against the Reds this season.

“Any game is difficult (in this division) especially when you are in the position that we are in,” said Law.

“If you look at the next three games, Lincoln, Dartford, Lincoln, they are tough games.

“Going from the 26th (Boxing Day), there are four fixtures in nine days and it is going to be a tough call.

“We will have a better idea of where we are at the end of that spell” ended Law.

All three of the festive fixtures kick-off at 3pm.

The second game of 2015 sees a long trip to Torquay United on Sunday, January 4th.

For the Boxing Day game at Lincoln, manager Law is expecting defender Bradley Wood to have recovered from a minor illness which forced him out of the Macclesfield game early last weekend.

The Reds boss will be looking for a similar display from his side which earned a 2-0 FA Trophy victory at Sincil Bank recently but The Imps have only lost once in their last eight home league games so another very testing time is in prospect.
