“We knew it would be difficult, they were organised and changed their shape who should have suited us. We we two yards off everything today.

“They were the better side and deserved to win. It is waht it is - we have had a lot of time off and we didnt know how we would be. It seemed to affect us a lot.

“As much as I can criticise us, Hemsworth were good and deserved to win, we should have done enough to get a point.

“We have to come back ready for the next game, it could be a last game for a while.

“You just dont know what is happening this season and we need to just get points as soon as we can.”

Chatfield is now keen for AFC to bounce back in style next Saturday and learn their lessons.

"We have just got to move on, it is always horrible to conceded so late on, it is always going to be a killer.

“We weren’t good enough to win the game, we just wanted to keep a clean sheet.

“We have just got to prepare better for Saturday and at least we have got 90 minutes under our belt now. We were never going to be at full pelt, but I didnt think we would be that far off. There were a lot of errors to work on.”
