Yorkshire CCC make steady progress against Nottinghamshire

Yorkshire have continued to make steady progress with the bat on the third morning of their LV= County Championship match against Nottinghamshire at Trent Bridge

At lunch they had reached 322 for four, still 106 runs adrift of the home side’s first innings total of 428.

Andrew Gale, Yorkshire’s captain, was the only wicket to fall during the first session of the day, caught low down at first slip by a diving Riki Wessels off the bowling of Harry Gurney, without adding to his overnight 13.
