Sheffield Collegiate (125-8) benefited from Anston having a weekend by beating Edwinstowe (123) and going joint top.

In Section One, Coal Aston (231-9) obtained a winning draw with Kirkby Portland (221-9), keeping pressure on Aston Hall(279-7) at the top as they had a winning draw also over Grassmoor (185-9)

Morton (163-4) continue to lead Section Two after a four wicket win over Coal Aston (161) while Blackwell (125-3) had their second win in two weeks with a convincing win over Marehay (121).

Whiston PC (193-6) had a winning draw over Norton Oakes (187-8) in a tight finish in Section Three.

In Section Four Hollisend (186) had a good win over a weakened Wirksworth & Middleton (107) side which has affected their promotion chances.

Alfreton (174-7) beat Mansfield CC (167) in a close run game to move them up to third in the table.

In Section Five, Byron Abbey (31-2) continue to impress after quickly dismissing Ashover (30) with C. Cooke (4-6) and L. Cristie (4-9) doing the damage.

Kingsway Park (39) could not manage to keep their run going as they fell to Shirebrook (60) with the best of the bowling being N. Shafiq (5-20) for Kingsway Park and C. Tanley (5-15) for Shirebrook.

Clowne Town (241-4) slowed down Selston (209-9) in Section Six with Clowne enjoying a winning draw.

Both The Wednesday (148-3) and Langwith (138-9) had convincing wins in second and third place over Kiveton Park (144-8) and Clay Cross (35) respectively.

In Section Seven, bottom of the table Waleswood (109-1) had a nine-wicket win over Sherwood (105) and with games in hand on all teams above them could soon start to climb the table.

The only other match saw Sheffield Collegiate (44) continue to struggle, losing by nine wickets to Belper Meadows (45-1).
