Captain Matthew Page starred with bat and ball as Glapwell triumphed in a low-scoring Bassetlaw League Championship match at home to Edwinstowe.
But the bottom-of-the-table visitors will be disappointed after falling just six runs short of victory in their run-chase.
Page scored an unbeaten 36 after coming in at number nine with his side in trouble on 73 for eight.
He added 65 for the ninth wicket with Rasika Wijesinghe (18) to lift Glapwell to 147 all out.
The visitors’ reply, like Glapwell’s innings, was boosted by late-order runs as Stephen Beard hit 28 at number eight.
Page was the leading Glapwell wicket-taker with four for 19 from 15 overs.
Danny Bircumshaw, Luke Smith and Tom Newcombe bagged two wickets each.
