Doggy holidays are more popular than ever with a surge in bookings from people looking for a COVID-safe staycation this year.
UK accommodation site Dog Friendly Cottages has reported a 216 per cent rise in bookings compared to last year.

Scarbrough boasts a dog-friendly cafe in Emma’s Coffee Lounge which serves hearty pies and afternoon teas. Stay in Beech Cottage which has beautiful walking routes straight from the door and a dog-friendly beach two miles away.

Newquay’s dog-friendly pub is The Farmers Arms , a true Cornish coastal pub renowned for its great food and live entertainment. Visit the Lakeside Cafe where pet owners can feast on coffee and cake during the day and gastronomic delights at night while their four-legged friends tuck into home-made dog biscuits.
