Amazon is giving away free kids’ films, TV shows, books and education apps for a month

With schools and nurseries closed across the nation, parents with young children are in need of new ways to entertain and educate at home.

Hide AdIn response to this need, global online retailer, Amazon, has announced that, to help parents, it is rolling out a whole month of freebies through their Amazon Kids Unlimited Service.
On its website, Amazon says the service will provide “endless fun for kids, peace of mind for parents.”
How to claim this free perk
Usually it is only Amazon Prime Subscribers who have the ability to stream unlimited content as a perk of their subscription, but now customers need only create a free account in order to start streaming.

Included in this giveaway is unlimited access to thousands of children’s books, movies, TV shows, educational apps, and games, which is sure to help keep little ones occupied while at home.
The free content includes a mix of Amazon Original children’s shows, as well as a selection of third-party titles from studio partners. Amazon is also currently working with these partners to widen the selection.
A selection of the shows and channels available in the UK include Thomas the Tank Engine, Peppa Pig, Cbeebies, and Nickelodeon to name a few, while reading and maths apps are also included to ensure children’s education does not fall by the wayside.
