LETTER: Embark on life-changing challenges for Notts Hospice

If you've decided that 2018 will be the year you finally achieve a challenge you've been putting off for ages, or you simply fancy doing something daring, then Nottinghamshire Hospice would love to hear from you.

We’re looking for intrepid volunteers to join us as we embark on a series of exciting and life-changing charity challenges throughout the year, from skydives to a London to Paris bike ride, running events to trekking along the Great Wall of China.

We’ll give you all the information and support you need along the way and all we ask in return is that you use the challenge to help us raise the money we need every year to deliver the care for dying people and their families all over the county.

We’ve been caring for Nottinghamshire families for 37 years and we know that life-limiting illness can affect any family at any time, turning their world upside down.

And that’s where we come in, whether it’s giving patients a reason to get up in the morning and somewhere to go that they feel cared for, or caring for them in their own homes, enabling them to be close to their loved ones in the last few weeks of their life.

It’s vital work, but every penny we use to pay for it comes through fundraising - which is where you can help us, and we can help you achieve your dream and conquer your challenge at least.
