HAVE you ever thought about where all your lost socks and toys go to?
Perhaps they are at the bottom of the drawer or under the sofa – or maybe they go on magical adventures all by themselves?
Artist Tom Bell has followed some of their adventures in his first book, which is called Where the Lost Things Go.
It tells the story of Thingemybob, Moog, Dot and Rodney who are lost toys living at the bottom of the garden but decide to explore the big wide world beyond the garden fence.
You can also see some of Tom’s wonderful pictures at a free exhibition at the Harley Gallery at Welbeck, which runs until 5th February.
There will also be a special film about Tom’s work and on 5th February, Tom will be paying a visit to the gallery between midday and 2pm to sign his book.
And this week Chad has teamed up with the Harley Gallery to give away copies of Tom’s wonderful book Where the Lost Things Go to two lucky readers.
To find out how you can win, get your copy of this week’s Chad (11th January).
The Harley Gallery is on the A60 between Mansfield and Worksop. It is open from 10am until 5pm (4.30pm on Sundays).
