Jason Hutton, aged 44, of Mansfield Road, Clipstone. Found guilty of assaulting a woman. Also found guilty of possessing a class B drug, namely amphetamine.

Handed a community order to participate in a rehabilitation programme, and pay £100 compensation, plus £200 costs.

Samuel Phillips, 23, of HMP Nottingham. Admitted assaulting a man in Market Place, Mansfield.

Committed to prison for 16 weeks and ordered to pay compensation of £115.

Oliver Hufton, 20, of Holland Crescent, Selston. Admitted using threatening behaviour in Mansfield. Fined £50 and ordered to pay costs of £85.

Catherine Nidd, 18, of Kinsale Walk, Nottingham. Admitted assaulting a woman by beating her in Millbrook, Sutton. Fined £120 and ordered to pay compensation of £100 plus costs of £115.

Christopher Burgess, 49, of Nursery Court, Mansfield. Admitted harassment of two others. Given conditional discharge for two years and ordered to pay costs of £105.

Sean Connolly, 24, of Heathcotes Care Home, Hucknall. Admitted assault by beating in Mansfield. Fined £100 and ordered to pay compensation of £100 plus cost of £115.

Matthew Wright, 37, of Yorke Street, Mansfield Woodhouse. Found guilty of assaulting a woman by beating her on two occasions. Handed a community order to attend an accredited rehabilitation programme for 30 days and undertake 150 hours of unpaid work in the community. Restraining order imposed. Ordered to pay court costs £705.

BREACH

Caroline Moore, 45, of Jephson Road, Sutton. Admitted sending messages via WhatsApp, breaching a restraining order. Order extended for 12 months, fined £120 and ordered to pay costs of £115.

DRUGS

Luke Dickens, 24, of Tilford Road, Newstead. Admitted possession of cannabis at Mansfield police station. Also admitted forced entry of a premises. Fined £160 and ordered to pay costs of £115.

MISC

Sam Stephens, 26, of Birch Road, New Ollerton. Committed to 28 days in custody, suspended, for culpable neglect, having failed to pay fines of £735 imposed in October 15 2014.

Ordered to pay £70 per month.

Paul Ralston, 29, of Top Valley, Nottingham. Admitted driving over the legal alcohol limit in Chesterfield Road North, Mansfield. Also admitted drunk and disorderly behaviour and driving without a licence or insurance. Licence disqualified for 18 months and handed a 10-week curfew to be at an address in Basford, Nottingham, between the hours of 7pm and 6am.

Dale Perry, 23, of Tom Wass Road, Sutton. Admitted driving dangerously in High Street, Tibshelf. Handed a prison sentence of 26 weeks suspended for 12 months, due to seriousness of offence. Held in custody for ignoring police and taking part in a prolonged chase at high speed. Also admitted driving without insurance and ordered to carry out 120 hours of unpaid work in the community.

Richard Savage, 34, of Beechtree Avenue, Mansfield Woodhouse. Found guilty of driving without the appropriate licence or insurance. Disqualified for 12 months, fined £660 and ordered to pay costs of £151.

Paul Newton, 35, of Albert Street, Sutton. Admitted driving over the speed limit, having travelled at 44mph in a 30mph zone in Mansfield. Fined £220, ordered to pay £107 costs and driving licence endorsed with four penalty points.

Richard Baker, 29, of Stainsby Drive, Mansfield. Admitted driving without due care and attention. Driving licence endorsed with seven points and fined £400 plus costs of £170.

Brian Cornick, 49, of East View Drive, Langwith. Failed to identify the driver of a vehicle when suspected of an offence.

Disqualified from driving for six months and fined £660 plus costs of £151.

Iulian Lazar, 26, of Bentinck Street, Mansfield. Failed to identify the driver of a vehicle while suspected of an offence. Disqualified from driving for six months, fined £660 and ordered to pay costs of £151.

Joanna Robinson, 31, of Ling Forest Road, Mansfield. Admitted driving over the speed limit having travelled at 38mph in a 30mph zone. Driving licence endorsed with three points, fined £100 and ordered to pay £105 costs.

Paul Saville, 49, of Mendip Close, Mansfield. Admitted speeding, having driven at 60mph in a 50mph zone. Disqualified for two months, fined £115 and ordered to pay £105 costs.

Jamie Wortley, 26, of Crampton Avenue, Mansfield. Admitted driving over the legal alcohol limit and without the appropriate licence or insurance. Imprisoned for eight weeks, suspended for 12 months, due to seriousness of offence and causing an accident at high speed. Curfew for eight weeks to remain at his address between 8pm and 7am and rehabilitation activities for 15 days.

Arkadiusz Wilinski, 43, of Church View Court, Mansfield. Admitted driving over the legal alcohol limit and without insurance and while disqualified in Mansfield on September 6, 2008. Imprisoned for six weeks after second offence while disqualified

THEFT

Nicola Heath, 28, Beck Crescent, Mansfield. Admitted fraud by false identity at Argos and Studio 24 in Mansfield, between December 1, 2015, and April 5, 2016. Also admitted obstructing a police officer in their duties on April 15 2016.

Imprisoned for 14 weeks suspended for a year, and ordered to pay £1,000 in compensation.

Alison Fletcher, 41, of Nottingham Road, Mansfield. Admitted theft from Debenhams in Mansfield having stole to bottles of perfume and two coats to the value of £318. Also admitted stealing food and other items from Asda in Sutton, valued at £549, and failure to attend court.

Committed to six weeks in prison suspended for 12 months and to attend drug rehabilitation for six months. Ordered to pay court costs £115. Also ordered to pay £565 due to non-payment of fines.

Keith Collison, 48, of Beck Crescent, Mansfield. Admitted three counts of theft and handling stolen goods. On September 6 he stole a bike valued at £50 from a greenhouse in Wild Hill, Huthwaite.

On August 24 he trespassed into a building at Downing Street, Sutton to steal laptop computers, drills and cash totalling £2,950. On August 3 handled stolen goods, namely two bank cards.

On July 13 he stole Jaffa Cakes, overalls and a lady’s fur hat at the Badger in Shirebrook. Also found with 0.3g of amphetamine on August 3. Ordered to comply with a curfew and remain at St Michael’s Street, Sutton between the hours of 8pm and 8am for three months under electronic monitoring.

Daniel Bills, 30, of Mason Street, Mansfield. Admitted stealing various items from Morrisons, Sutton, worth £66 and fresh meat worth £29 from Asda, Sutton. Imprisoned for four weeks.

Matthew Aspinall, 31, of Walterson Avenue, Mansfield. Admitted stealing ink cartridges to the value of £350. To pay compensation of £350 plus costs of £85 and undertake 150 hours of unpaid work in the community.
