Luke Dickens, 24, of Tilford Road, Newstead. Admitted possession of cannabis at Mansfield police station. Also admitted forced entry of a premises. Fined £160 and ordered to pay costs of £115.

MISC

Sam Stephens, 26, of Birch Road, New Ollerton. Committed to 28 days in custody, suspended, for culpable neglect, having failed to pay fines of £735 imposed in October 15 2014.

Paul Ralston, 29, of Top Valley, Nottingham. Admitted driving over the legal alcohol limit in Chesterfield Road North, Mansfield. Also admitted drunk and disorderly behaviour and driving without a licence or insurance. Licence disqualified for 18 months and handed a 10-week curfew to be at an address in Basford, Nottingham, between the hours of 7pm and 6am.

Dale Perry, 23, of Tom Wass Road, Sutton. Admitted driving dangerously in High Street, Tibshelf. Handed a prison sentence of 26 weeks suspended for 12 months, due to seriousness of offence. Held in custody for ignoring police and taking part in a prolonged chase at high speed. Also admitted driving without insurance and ordered to carry out 120 hours of unpaid work in the community.

Imprisoned for eight weeks, suspended for 12 months, due to seriousness of offence and causing an accident at high speed. THEFT

Nicola Heath, 28, Beck Crescent, Mansfield. Admitted fraud by false identity at Argos and Studio 24 in Mansfield, between December 1, 2015, and April 5, 2016. Also admitted obstructing a police officer in their duties on April 15 2016.

Imprisoned for 14 weeks suspended for a year, and ordered to pay £1,000 in compensation.

Alison Fletcher, 41, of Nottingham Road, Mansfield. Admitted theft from Debenhams in Mansfield having stole to bottles of perfume and two coats to the value of £318. Also admitted stealing food and other items from Asda in Sutton, valued at £549, and failure to attend court.

Committed to six weeks in prison suspended for 12 months and to attend drug rehabilitation for six months. Ordered to pay court costs £115. Also ordered to pay £565 due to non-payment of fines.

Keith Collison, 48, of Beck Crescent, Mansfield. Admitted three counts of theft and handling stolen goods. On September 6 he stole a bike valued at £50 from a greenhouse in Wild Hill, Huthwaite.

On August 24 he trespassed into a building at Downing Street, Sutton to steal laptop computers, drills and cash totalling £2,950. On August 3 handled stolen goods, namely two bank cards.

On July 13 he stole Jaffa Cakes, overalls and a lady’s fur hat at the Badger in Shirebrook. Also found with 0.3g of amphetamine on August 3. Ordered to comply with a curfew and remain at St Michael’s Street, Sutton between the hours of 8pm and 8am for three months under electronic monitoring.

Daniel Bills, 30, of Mason Street, Mansfield. Admitted stealing various items from Morrisons, Sutton, worth £66 and fresh meat worth £29 from Asda, Sutton. Imprisoned for four weeks.
