Adam Johnson, 31, of No Fixed Address. On Willowbridge Lane, Sutton, was guilty of drunk and disorderly behaviour. Fined £75. Also ordered to pay court costs of £85 and a victim surcharge of £30.

Patrick Harmon, 21, of Wordsworth Avenue, Mansfield Woodhouse. In a public place, namely the nightclub After Dark on Leeming Street, was guilty of drunk and disorderly behaviour. Discharged conditionally for 12 months. Also ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £20.

Saulius Vitas, 39, of Symond Road, Manchester. Was guilty of drunk and disorderly behaviour in a bus shelter on Forest Street, Sutton. Fined £100. Also ordered to pay £85 in court costs and a £30 victim surcharge.

BREACH

Christopher Morgan, 21, of Kirklington Road, Rainworth. Without reasonable excuse, contacted a female when prohibitied from doing so under a restraining order. Jailed for eight weeks. Also ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £115.

Andrew James, 40, of St Micheals Street, Sutton. Failed without reasonable excuse to comply with the requirements of a community order made by Nottingham Magistrates’ Court by failing to attend appointments. Fined £50. Must also pay £25 in court costs.

Andrew Newton, 33, of Kedelston Walk, Mansfield. Failed without reasonable excuse to comply with the requirements of a community order made by Nottingham Magistrates’ Court by failing to attend appointments. Fined £75. Also ordered to pay £25 in court costs.

George Stevenson, 51, of Sandy Lane, Mansfield. Failed without reasonable excuse to surrender to custody at Mansfield Magistrates’ Court having been released on bail in criminal proceedings. Also failed to attend a follow-up assessment at Mansfield Police Station. Discharged conditionally for six months. Also ordered to pay £40 in court costs and a £20 victim surharge,

THEFT

Julie Capewell, 55, of Selwyn Street, Mansfield. Stole alcohol and cigarettes, to the value of £6.03, belonging to Crossroads Service Station. Discharged conditionally for six months. Also ordered to pay £85 in court costs, a £20 victim surcharge and compensation of £6.03.

Robert Radu, 29, of St Micheals Street, Sutton. Stole food items, to the value of £110, belonging to Tesco at Oak Tree Centre, Mansfield. Discharged conditionally for 12 months. Also ordered to pay £85 court costs and a £20 victim surcharge.

Lee Walters, 35, of Pine Close, Kirkby. Stole champagne, to the value of £50, belonging to Co-operative store. Imprisoned for six weeks following the activation of a suspended sentence.

Deborah Betts, 35, of Sycamore Close, Hucknall. Stole meat, to the value of £75.50, belonging to Co-operative store. Also failed to surrender to custody at Mansfield Magistrates’ Court. Jailed for 16 weeks.

CALLUM Rowarth, 21, of Greenwood Avenue, Huthwaite. Having entered as a trespasser a building, namely Silverhill Lane caravan site shop, stole a number of pedal cycles and cash to a value unknown. Jailed for 26 weeks and ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £115.

FRAUD

Lisa Martin, 47, of Hobhouse Road, Mansfield. Committed fraud in that she dishonestly made a false representation, by purporting to have been given the incorrect change intending to make a gain, namely £15, for herself. Discharged conditionally for two years. Also ordered to pay £10 in compensation along with £85 court costs and a £20 victim surcharge.

ASSAULT

David Parker, 49, of Elderfield Drive, Sutton. Assaulted a male and used threatening, abusive or insulting words or behaviour against him. Community order made with rehabiliation activity requirement. Restraining order made to protect victim. Fined £100. Also ordered to pay £85 in court costs and a victim surcharge of £85.

Daniel Haag, 26, of Mansfield Road, Sutton. Assaulted a male thereby occasioning actual bodily harm. Committed to prison for 17 weeks suspended for 12 months. Curfew requirement with electronic monitoring imposed. Also ordered to pay £300 in compensation.

Donald Gornall, 49, of Caunts Crescent, Sutton. Assaulted a female by beating her. Committed to prison for eight weeks suspended for 12 months. Restraining order made to protect victim. Also ordered to pay £100 in compensation and court costs of £100.

mARTYN Fleming, 33, of Rampton Hospital, Retford. Assaulted a male by beating him. Ordered to pay £250 in compensation and £200 in court costs.

DRUGS

Melvyn Parker, 49, of Mayfair Avenue, Mansfield. Had in his possession a quantity of cocaine, a controlled drug of Class A. Fined £350. Ordered to pay £85 in court costs and a victim surcharge of £35. Drugs forfeited and destroyed.

Richard Lambert, 30, of Sandy Lane, Mansfied. Had in his possession a qauntity of amphetmine, a controlled drug of Class B, and pregabalin, a controlled drugs of Clas C. Committed to prison for six weeks suspended for 12 months. Also ordered to pay £85 in court costs and a victim surcharge of £115.

MOTORING

Mateuz Kucharzyk, 25, of Howard Road, Mansfield. Without a full driving licence or insurance policy in place, drove a car on Burnside Drive, Mansfield, after consuming so much alcohol tha the proportion of it in his breath, namely 46 microgrammes of alcohol in 100 millilitres of breath, exceeded the legal limit. The legal limit is 35 microgrammes. Banned from driving for a year. Fined £300. Also ordered to pay £85 in court costs and a victim surcharge of £30.

OTHER

Jake Sharp, 23, of Swanson Avenue, Huthwaite. Used towards a male threatening, abusive or insulting words or behaviour with intent to cause that person to believe that immediate unlawful violence would be used against them. Community order made with curfew and electronic monitoring requirement. Also ordered to pay £85 in court costs and a victim surcharge of £85.

Peter Ashley, 47, of Egmanton Road, Meden Vale. At Langwith, fished or took fish otherwise than in accordance with a licence. Fined £660. Also ordered to pay court costs of £127 and a victim surcharge of £66.

Paul Richarson, 59, of Argyle Street, Mansfield. At Parkhall Fishery, Mansfield Woodhouse, fished by means of an unlicenced fishing instrument, namely rod and line. Fined £660. Also ordered to pay court costs of £127 and victim surcharge of £66.
