There will be clear spells and isolated showers this evening, with temperatures quickly falling.

Overnight it will become cloudier with scattered showers arriving.

Initially it will be wintry over the high ground before temperatures rise a little.

The showers will be followed tomorrow by temporary bright or sunny spells before cloud increases through the afternoon.

There will be outbreaks of light rain and drizzle from the late afternoon onwards
