WEATHER: Cloudy and dull with rain

The Met Office has forecast a rather cloudy and dull day with the odd spot of rain possible.
Expect A largely dull and cool start, with some spots of rain, heavy in places, but drier further inland.
By late morning and through the afternoon the cloud may break a little from the west to allow some brighter spells.
Into tonight, low cloud mist and hill fog will slowly push inland through the evening, across the area bringing patchy drizzle and spreading to all areas by dawn.
