Watch: Video of grannies dancing in Eastwood goes viral
A video of three people dressed as grannies and dancing to Gangnam style in Eastwood has been viewed by thousands of people.
The video, which was posted on Facebook by resident Joanna Henson, shows the ‘OAPs’ dressed in long skirts, knitted jumpers and wigs outside the Co-operative Funeralcare building on Nottingham Road. It has been seen by more than 64,000 people and has been share almost 900 times. The grannies start off throwing shapes to Indian-style music before raving to PSY’s hit Gangnam Style. Passersby can be seen to stop and watch, many of the laughing while one man, who is clearly impressed by the dancers’ moves is heard to remark: ‘that’s brilliant’.
