Warsop man charged with GBH on girlfriend

Michael John Price, 37, of Newcastle Street, did not indicate a plea when he appeared at Mansfield magistrates on Tuesday.

The case was sent to Nottingham Crown Court on August 30 for trial.

It is alleged the attack happened on Sunday July 31 at an address on Coppice Road, in Forest Town.

He was bailed until August 30 on condition he doesn’t go to Coppice Road or have any contact with the complainant, and that he resides at Newcastle Street, in Warsop .

Magistrates ruled that he could visit Coppice Road once, with the police, to collect his belongings.
