VIDEO: Tickets selling fast for Mansfield firm Hall-Fast’s Fountaindale Charity Ball 2014

Award-winning Mansfield firm Hall-Fast Industrial Supplies is gearing up for its second charity ball to raise money for Fountaindale School.

The inaugural fundraising spectacular raised £14,000 when it was held at the John Fretwell Complex in Sookholme in May this year.

Now the firm’s managing director Malcolm Hall has told Chad that tickets are selling well for next year’s event, while a number of sponsors are also on board.

Next year’s ball - organised in partnership with Champions (UK) plc - takes place at the complex on 9th May and will be hosted by former Mansfield Town, Nottingham Forest, Everton and Leeds striker Duncan McKenzie.

The firm’s fundraising drive has included a number of events as part of its bid to raise £40,000 to buy new equipment for the Nottingham Road school, which caters for youngsters with special educational needs.
