Hundreds of residents and visitors gathered in Edwinstowe on Sunday to mark their respects for Remembrance Day.
Members of all sections of the community gathered on fourth Avenue where the parade left on their march to St Mary’s Church.
A service was heard before the congregation joined hundreds more people at the village cenotaph where poppy wreaths were laid and the Last Post was sounded after all the names of those who had died locally serving in conflicts across the world were read out and relected on.
