VIDEO: Hailstorm at Newstead Abbey
This week looks set to be an eventful one for weather in Nottinghamshire.
Forecasters have issued a severe weather alert gales or severe gales for the end of the week and the first flakes of snow of the winter fell in the county early this morning.
As if that wasn’t enough weather, there was a sudden hailstorm which battered visitors to Newstead Abbey at the weekend, as this video shows.
