Video captures moment firefighters rescue IGUANA from roof of Nottinghamshire house

Firefighters had to climb to fetch the pet.

An iguana found itself in an awkward situation when it got stuck on a roof in Nottinghamshire.

Yesterday (Monday, June 25) fire and rescue crews from Stockhill and Arnold were called to rescue the reptile who was stuck on the top of a house in Bulwell.

A Nottinghamshire Fire and Rescue spokesman said: "Firefighters had to scale new heights to rescue this cold blooded customer - who is now back with his owner."
