Abig-heartedSutton girl has decided to chop off her luscious long lock to donate to youngsters with cancer -at the age of just four years old.

Little four-year-old Frankie Walters told her mum she wanted to cut off her to help others after hearing about how others lose their hair when they are poorly.

Her hair currently reaches the bottom of her back, but will have 12 inches chopped off leaving it just below her shoulders.

Mum-of-four Sam Walters (28) of Greentrees Court, said she was so proud of her youngest daughter.

She said: “She came home from nursery and said “mummy I need to have my hair cut and need to give it another girl with no hair” I thought it was adorable and I am so proud of her. She is only four and already is thinking of others.”

Sam was a little hesitant and kept checking Frankie was sure she wanted it cut. Her older siblings Kayla, Abi and Callum all couldn’t believe she was having it done.

She added: “Everyone associates her with having this long hair. But all Frankie says is, “don’t worry mummy, it will grow back”’.
