Tributes to long-serving nurse and Nickelback fan

Huthwaite resident Mrs Vivienne Elizabeth Bower, aged 58, of Rowan Croft, was cremated at Mansfield Crematorium, on November 13, 2017, following a service in the chapel.

Born in Blackpool and a resident of Huthwaite for 57 years, Vivienne was a nurse for 30 years, retiring in December 2016, due to ill health, with motor neurone disease.

Her interests included spending time with her family and grandchildren, holidays abroad, especially Spain, and rock group Nickelback, travelling all over the world including the USA to see them.

Vivienne who passed away at John Eastwood Hospice, on October 27, 2017, leaves her husband Mark, daughters Elizabeth and Evangeline, stepdaughters Sonia and Treza, two grandchildren Jake and Charley.

Floral tributes were from family and Vulcan Riders Association. Donations received in lieu of flowers were for the MND Association and John Eastwood Hospice.

The service was conducted by Kerry Corden and arrangements were by Co-operative Funeralcare, Sutton.
