Three injured in multi-vehicle crash on the A38 near Alfreton
Three people have been injured following this morning’s three-vehicle crash on the A38.

Two ambulances were also called out to the scene between the A38 southbound between Broadmeadows and Cotes Park B600.
Derbyshire police and firefighters from Alfreton and Ripley stations made the vehicles safe following the crash involving a van and two cars at 7.45am.
Two ambulances were also called. The condition of the casualties is not clear at this stage.
The road is now clear for traffic.
