Mansfield District Council have asked residents whose blue bins were not emptied on February 8 to leave their bins out so crews can return ‘as soon as it’s safe’.
Abandoned vehicles that were ‘poorly parked’ according to the local authority caused disruption in the snow yesterday, making it difficult for lorries to access properties to empty bins.
