Broken down vehicle triggers M1 closure between Chesterfield and Mansfield
Traffic is mounting on the M1 between Chesterfield and Mansfield due to a broken down vehicle.
One of four lanes is currently closed on the northbound carriageway after the vehicle broke down on the motorway this morning (Friday, December 4).
Highways England said that normal traffic conditions are expected to reume between 9.15am and 9.30am.
