TRAFFIC: Delays in Annesley after bike and car accident
Commuters are being warned about a road accident which has caused heavy traffic in Annesley this evening (October 14).
A vehicle and cyclist collision took place on the A611 Derby Road at about 5pm, causing the roads to be shut off.
The road has been closed from the roundabout at the A608 up to the B6011.
A diversion has been set up to do through Newstead Village and bus companies have been made aware of the alterations.
A spokesman for Nottinghamshire Police said there is currently no information regarding injuries in this incident.
