Highways England said the lorry is on the southbound carriageway at junction 29.
A Highways England spokesman said: "Traffic officers are on scene and are working to clear it, but expect delays in the area currently."

Motorist have been warned to expect delays on the M1 after two lanes were closed because of a broken down lorry.
