Toddler airlifted after trampoline fall

A TWO-YEAR-OLD boy was flown to hospital after falling from a trampoline in Rainworth.

The injured toddler was taken to Nottingham Queen’s Medical Centre by the Lincolnshire and Nottinghamshire Air Ambulance on Thursday afternoon (1st September).

The air ambulance landed at the park near Third Avenue after the incident at an address on Second Avenue at around 4.08pm.

Police also attended to assist the helicopter with crowd control as it landed.

Emergency crews were called after the boy fell from the trampoline onto concrete and lost consciousness.

Doctors found he had only cuts and bruises and later discharged from hospital after he regained consciousness.
