Firefighters were called to Chatsworth Street in the early hours of Tuesday morning (February 18) to reports of a blaze.
Crews from Ashfield and Mansfield fire stations attended the fire, which was extinguished by firefighters before the fire service handed three people into the care of East Midlands Ambulance Service.
The fire was extinguished by firefighters wearing breathing apparatus and using hose reels.
