A 24-year-old man remains in police custody on suspicion of murder.

Said a police spokesman: “The early hours of Sunday morning saw many people in the city centre, enjoying the late-night bars and clubs.

“We know there were a lot of people in the Thurland Street, some of whom have not yet spoken to police or come forward as a witness. We would urge those people to tell us what they saw, to help us to help Joshua’s family to get justice.”
