All three were charged, under the Public Order Act, with using or threatening unlawful violence that would cause someone to fear for their personal safety.

Duffield is also charged with assaulting a police officer, PC McGinnes, in the execution of his duty.

The trio, who have yet to enter pleas, were remanded on conditional bail until Thursday 20th November when they must appear at the court again.

Robinson has been ordered not to contact Duffield, nor go to Chapel Terrace or Tilford Road in Newstead.

Duffield has been ordered not to associate with Robinson.

Allsop has been barred from going into Newstead and ordered not to contact Duffield.

The court has not issued directions preventing the naming of the two 17-year-olds.
