The trio of expensive vehicles collided on Forest Avenue in Annesley Woodhouse, close to the junction of Acacia Avenue, just after 9am.
The road has been closed off as debris is cleared from the road and the emergency services assist.
It is thought that one driver suffered a cut to his eye and one had to be cut from his vehicle, although the police say no serious injuries have been reported at the moment.
One witness, who heard the crash and came out of his house, said: “The fire service arrived within minutes of the crash, then a couple of minutes later two ambulances turned up, followed by two police cars.
