Police have warned vehicle owners to beware after thefts from vans in Rainworth.

A Nottinghamshire Police spokesman said: “We have had a number of incidents rung in to report that their Ford Transit Vans have been broken into overnight in the Rainworth area items stolen include a sat nav and tools.

“Please be aware of anybody hanging around vehicles and call 101 if you believe they are acting suspicious.”
